Art. No.: 10764

Digital amplifier
For existing layouts it is advisable to put the multiMAUS system together from individual components. Apart from the transformer and multiMAUS, the amplifi er is also mandatory. It provides two direct connections (‘master’ & ‘slave’) for a multiMAUS and, for example, another mouse. The amplifi er prepares the ‘Master mouse’ data for running and switching operation.
The track output delivers 3.2 A. Other multiMAUS devices, Routecontrols or the interface with Rocomotion can only be connected on the ‘slave’ output. If you want to plug in other input units you can obtain an aff ordable Y adapter bearing item number 10758.

Contents:
■ Digital amplifier
■ Manual

Art. No.: 10765

Digital booster
The booster of the multiMAUS system delivers 3.2 A maximum. Anyone with a big layout, requiring more output, divides his layout up into supply segments, using insulating rail connectors and this booster is used to provide the remaining 3.2 A. The second segment of the layout is supplied with track voltage from the booster. The booster receives the information from the amplifier via a special cable, which is of course included. Four boosters can be used per layout, combined with the braking generator 10779, also more. Each booster requires its own 670601 transformer.

The terminal loop function can be activated by:
■ Closed circuit
■ Make-and-break contacts

Art. No.: 10775

Turnout decoder DCC (8 outputs)
The turnout decoder can switch up to eight turnouts or eight solenoid-operated articles. If light signals are used, one needs one double-spool relay (Item no.: 10019) per signal. All outputs are short-circuit proof. Overall, the decoder can be loaded with up to 2 A; this also applies to every single connection for the period of one second! The address range is between 1 and 256. The connection is made with two cables onto the two rail profiles.
If a high output is required, of course it is possible to create one’s own supply network, which is supplied out of a booster of its own.
There is a special solution for operating 10775 with the Lokmaus® 2/3. In this case the decoder can be programmed onto the locomotive address and four turnouts created by means of functions F1 to F4. Anyone using a multiMAUS or a RouteControl at a later date, can then use all eight turnout outputs again. We supply our turnout decoder in the standardized DCC system. Here, too there is a variant for the Märklin*-Motorola** format (art. no. 10776) which naturally implies that the Lokmaus® function had to be dispensed with.

Art. No.: 10777

Signal module
The signal module has 2 separate connections for two light signals with maximum 4 signal terms each. 2 addresses are saved in the system for every connection, thus 4 addresses for every signal module.
Signals can be connected with lamps as well as with LED. Integrated logic switching for automatic block post operation. In combination with the brake generator (10779), automatic switch-over to a brake signal is possible.

Connections:
■ 2x separate connections for signal stop section
■ 1x input for power supply of the digital system (10761, 10762, 10764, 10765, 10820, 10822, 10805, 10806, 10807)
■ 1x input for power supply of the brake generator 10779
■ 2x separate connections for 3 track contacts/circuit tracks each
All connections are short-circuit-safe.

Contents:
■ Signal module
■ 2 piece 8-pole connectors
■ 2 piece 3-pole connectors
■ Manual

Art. No.: 10779

Braking generator
The digitized model trains come to a prototypical smooth halt in front of signals showing red. For this purpose the braking generator supplies a special digital signal to some braking sections so that the trains move out smoothly. Yet all of the activated functions such as light, sound etc. remain switched on. In this case one brake generator is sufficient for many braking sections; please pay attention that their power requirements remain under 2.5 A.
If your braking sections require more power (e .g. because of many illuminated coaches), then simply use more braking generators.

Each braking generator requires its own 670601 transformer.

Function decoder (for analogue as well as digital operation) and 7 leads
The RailCom® and update enabled decoder (only digital) is suitable for the switching of functions such as light for the DCC system. It does not feature a motor connection and is preferably built into wagons or driving trailers where it can switch for example the headlights or the interior lights. The true to the original light change will also happen on ordinary DC layouts. The decoder features 4 exits, 2 of them are pre-installed for the white and red light change at the front. 2 more exits can be activated by choosing the functions f1 or f2 of the control unit. The parameters can be largely changed for each function output. For each output, the brightness can be adjusted individually (dimmed), or you can also select a flashing mode.

FLEISCHMANN MULTIMAUS® hand held controler
Economically priced operating device with many possibilities. Several Multimice can be operated on the system at the same time.

It is compatible with the old Lokmaus® 2 system.

Up to 9999 locomotive addresses can be operated with direct input; 64 can be stored in a data bank and labeled with names: for example 103RB (103 red-beige). Per locomotive up to 21 functions (including headlights) can be activated if the machine has been equipped accordingly. The locomotives can alternatively be operated with 14, 28 and 128 driving levels; this can be basically defined but if need ed it can be changed and adapted for each locomotive on demand.

With two different ways of programming you can adjust your locomotive decoder according to your own wishes: The most important CV values from one to five are accessible with the button combination “menu” and 1–5, the total of 1024 possible CV values can be addressed with the programming menu. Of course all values up to 255 – depending on the decoder layout – can be programmed.
Exporting CV 1–1024 in connection with the exportable amplifier (z21/Z21) is possible.

Switch mode: the multiMaus can switch up to 1024 magnetic devices! These elements have to be equipped with an electric device and be connected to a magnetic device decoder. The programming of the magnetic device decoder is done electronically via the tracks.

In connection with 10764, that multiMAUS, which is inserted into the master input, goes to the central unit.

Turntable Controller with track pre-selection
The modern turntable control unit is suitable for analogue and digital control of the turntables from the FLEISCHMANN range and the Märklin® turntable, item no. 7286. An LCD display gives a visual indication of the setting of the turntable bridge, the location of the track exits installed and shows the active track exit, together with additional functions. Symbols of the active functions give it a simple, user-friendly operation. Each track exit can be individually controlled. Because the polarity change is catered for by the switch, when rotating through 180°, the turntable is protected against short circuit. The turntable control switch is suitable for operation wtih 2-rail DC operation, the 3-rail AC operation, and will also operate with all digital systems - DCC, FMZ and Märklin®-Digital (contains a turntable decoder). No changes or alterations to the turntable are necessary.

Manual: Model railway signals - Setup and connection
This brochure explains the main electrically-powered model signals, shows you the prototypical installation location and gives specific tips how to set them up for analog or digital switching, from block diagrams to the switching signals and rail crossings. The publication primarily concentrates on the Viessmann signals of nominal size H0 and N present in the Roco-Fleischman distribution. But also older models or signals from other manufacturers and other nominal sizes can be set up and connected based on these instructions. The circuit suggestions were mainly prepared for DC model railways, but most of them can also be used on AC systems with minor adjustments.
