Diesel locomotive class 120 of the Deutsche Reichsbahn. The model ha a sound decoder.
* Close coupling mechanism * LED lighting * Separately applied plug-in parts
Like no other vehicle on the German rails, the former DR 120 locomotive (known as V 200 until 1970 ) embodied the typical characteristics of the Soviet locomotive design. At the beginning the locomotive had no sound insulation and could be heard from afar. That's also why it quickly got the nicknames "Taigatrommel" or "Wumme". The supplier was the locomotive work "October Revolution" in Lugansk, which was one of the largest works in the Soviet Union with an "output" of, at times, over 1000 locomotives per year.
