Electric locomotive BR E 41, DB
The machines of the series E 41/141 were delivered for the first time in 1956 for the light mixed service on main and branch lines. As the only series of the standard locomotive program they received a control unit on the low current side of the transformer. The control unit made a typical noise between the power shifts of the train which gave it the nick name “fire cracker”. Model: Version without drip rail, with single light lamp and handrails and with DCC sound for the first time!
