Is your warranty claim still valid?

Please check whether you still have a warranty claim on the item or model you have purchased. Within the warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase, you are entitled to awarranty claim for any defects that occur. You can find more information on this in our General Terms and Conditions.

Our certified FLEISCHMANN service partners are also there for you at any time and will support you in the prompt rectification of problems or the rapid repair of your model railway.

Our certified service partners are partners who are preferentially supplied with FLEISCHMANN spare parts. For repairs outside the warranty period, please contact our certified service partners directly.
