Shipping costs
Delivery within Germany and Austria:
Shipping costs for spare parts are charged at a flat rate of 6.90 €.
Shop for 30 € or more and the shipping will be free to Austria or Germany, otherwise we will charge 6,90 € shipping costs. The goods are preferably shipped by GLS. This also applies to shipping to most European countries. We ship goods via insured shipment.
Delivery to other European (EU) countries and non-EU countries:
In the case of shipment to countries outside of the EU, Modelleisenbahn GmbH decides whether shipment will be made via Fedex or DHL. Shipping costs for delivery to non-EU countries is calculated automatically after entry of the address. The shipping costs are indicated on your order confirmation and on the invoice. Additional customs duties and charges could be incurred in the case of delivery to non-EU countries.

Packaging:
The goods are shipped in a neutral packaging. As a rule we use recyclable packing material.
Delivery times
We make every effort to delivery orders from our customers as quickly as possible.
The delivery time is 10-15 workdays.
Important note
The delivery times indicated refer to shipment to Germany and Western Europe. Delivery times deviate considerably due to customs processes. This applies particularly for Eastern Europe and Asia. Delivery to these regions can take anything up to 3 weeks!
